Arena Policies: Patrons are permitted to bring in one (1) unopened bottle of water per guest. In order to ensure the safety of our guests, all bags will be checked as patrons enter the facility. Please plan accordingly as long lines may exist.  The Bob Carpenter Center has a No Re-Entry policy. Patrons experiencing an emergency or who must exit for medical reasons may go to the main Guest Services kiosk inside the arena assistance.

For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted in Delaware Stadium:

  • Noise Makers and balloons   
  • Bottles/Cans
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Backpacks
  • Coolers/Ice Chests/Thermoses
  • Open Containers
  • Large bag
  • Umbrellas
  • Outside food or drink
  • Video Cameras & tripods
  • Weapons/Firearms
  • Animals
  • Strollers
  • Sporting Equipment

UD reserves the right to inspect and remove any packages and containers. All persons are subject to search, which includes clothing, jackets, bags and purses.  The arena will not be responsible for items left at any of the entry doors.  Fans should return restricted articles to their vehicle.

Guest Code of Conduct: As part of the Guest Code of Conduct, the following will not be permitted:

  • Foul or abusive language or gestures
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
  • Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Sitting in a location other than the Guest’s ticketed seat
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
  • Obscene or indecent clothing
  • Any disruption to the progress of the event by Guests’ actions

Guest Services:
Guest Services kiosks are located in the lobby and on the concourse behind section one (1) and will open one hour prior to tip-off through the conclusion of the game. Lost and found items, group sales & group experience questions, and emergency re-entry along with other general fan inquiries are all handled at these locations inside the arena.

eason Ticket Members:
Please note: When removing each individual game ticket from your season ticket books please remember to tear at the appropriate location and be sure that you include the barcode with your tickets to avoid any hassles at the entry gates. You will need to have your barcode scanned to enter the arena.

Ticket Options: Tickets will continue to be scanned at Blue Hen home games. In addition, Blue Hen fans will now have the option of using mobile and print at home tickets. For any game day ticket related issues, fans are encouraged to visit the ticket office at the front of The BOB.

Ticket Services: Don’t let your tickets go unused this season.  Delaware Athletics provides three easy options for fans to utilize if they cannot attend a Blue Hens game.  Ticket holders can login to My Blue Hen Account to resell, donate or transfer any unused tickets. All tickets purchased through the Delaware Ticket Office correspond with a My Blue Hen Account.  If you have difficulty logging in to your account or need to request your password, please email the Delaware Ticket Office at

  • Ticketmaster Resale, the Official Resale Partner of Delaware Athletics: UD has partnered with Ticketmaster to bring fans a safe and secure marketplace authorized by Delaware Athletics. Ticketmaster Resale is completely integrated with Delaware’s Ticketmaster software and uses barcode verification technology to ensure the authenticity of tickets.  As the official fan-to-fan marketplace of the Blue Hens, Ticketmaster Resale provides fans with reliable and convenient access to post verified tickets for sale as well as purchase tickets for games and sections that otherwise may be sold out.
  • Donation: UDance, hosted at The University of Delaware, is a year-long effort dedicated to unifying the community while raising awareness for childhood cancer.  Your ticket donation will go to B+ Heroes, who are children currently battling cancer, and their families.  To learn more about UDance, please visit
  • Ticket Transfer: Tickets to Blue Hens regular season home events, that were purchased from the Delaware Ticket Office, are able to be forwarded electronically to friends and family via My Blue Hen Account.

Traffic & Parking: Season and single game parking lots open one hour prior to tip-off. For a gameday parking map, click here. The Blue Hens thank you in advance for helping us be good neighbors to the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources, along with the STAR Campus, by acknowledging and following direction given by all parking lot attendants and signage. Free student shuttles will be running from stops across campus, including Perkins, Towers and Smith Overpass. Track your shuttle online.

Tobacco Free Policy:
The University of Delaware is a Tobacco-Free Campus applicable to all members of the University community and on all UD property.
