Multi-sport athlete and three-year field hockey starter at Het Baarnsch Lyceum • during her tenure, team won two national league championships • perennially one of the best goalies in the region • trained with multiple successful international players in Nastasja Erasmus, Arek Matuszak, Vincent van de Peppel and Joyce Sombroek • also competed in judo, soccer and softball • participated in the annual national Math Olympiad.

Emmeline (“emm—UH—lean”) Roosmarijn Oltmans (“OLE—manz”) • born October 8, 1995 in Baarn, The Netherlands • daughter of Freerk and Raiza Oltmans • has two siblings, Anne-fleur and Rembrandt • majoring in biological science with a minor in exercise science • has goals of becoming a physician/researcher • enjoys cycling, charity runs and socializing with friends • lists favorite sports team as the Men’s 1st Team Schawerweijde Mixed Hockey Club • chose the University of Delaware because of the quality of education, the good future career opportunities, the talented field hockey team and ambitious coaching staff • also loved the energy and enthusiasm of the players and support staff.
