AT DELAWARE
Four-time letter winner for the Blue Hens who has the athleticism and hustle to come up with key groundballs and draw controls • team leader and play maker • member of Chi Alpha Sigma (National College Athlete Honor Society) • graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Health Sciences.

2016 SEASON
Started 13 of 17 games played as a senior • registered a career year with 10 ground balls, 18 draw controls and 10 caused turnovers • posted first career goal in 14-7 win over Villanova (March 9) • also recorded a goal in 12-8 victory against CAA-rival James Madison (April 22) • collected a career game with four ground balls and three caused turnovers in 10-4 decision at Temple (March 16) • picked up a career-best four draw controls in season finale versus William & Mary (April 24) • added two ground balls and a caused turnover against the Tribe • member of Chi Alpha Sigma (National College Athlete Honor Society) • CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2015 SEASON 
Saw time in five contests during her junior campaign • picked up a groundball and draw control in team’s 22-2 rout at Lafayette (Feb. 17) • did not record any other statistics on the season.

2014 SEASON
Appeared in 11 games while earning a starting spot in the final two contests of the season for Delaware • finished year with seven groundballs, five draw controls and three caused turnovers as a defender • recorded first career statistics with a groundball in the team’s 17-3 victory over Virginia Tech (March 12) • collected three groundballs at George Washington (March 22) • posted two draw controls against No. 16 Stony Brook (April 22).

2013 SEASON
Competed in four games for the Blue Hens as a freshman • did not record any statistics in game against Lehigh, Lafayette, George Mason or William & Mary.

Played four years of lacrosse and soccer at Boyertown Senior High School • helped lead lacrosse team to four straight Pioneer Athletic Conference titles • two-time First Team All-Area honoree • US Lacrosse All-American Honorable Mention • US Lacrosse Academic All-American • 2012 Pottstown Mercury Lacrosse Player of the Year • All-Area Soccer Honorable Mention • soccer team won the 2012 Pioneer Athletic Conference • played for Bill Goddard, Kathy Michael and Pam Wernersbach • High Honor Roll selection.

Devyn Nicole Heidelbaugh • born December 15, 1993 • daughter of John and Christine Heidelbaugh • has an older brother, Tyler, and an older sister, Jordan • sister played lacrosse for West Chester University from 2011-14 • majoring in health behavior science with the goals of becoming a nutritionist • began playing lacrosse in third grade • chose Delaware because of the atmosphere and location • cites her high school soccer coach, Bill Goddard, as the biggest influence on her as an athlete because he always pushed her to her full potential • has swam with manatees • coached an eighth and ninth grade girls travel lacrosse team during the summer • loves pizza.
