2014 SEASON
Appeared in 13 games while earning a spot in the starting lineup in two contests • registered 18 points on 12 goals and six assists • collected 30 groundballs in addition to posting eight caused turnovers and a career-best four draw controls • tallied at least one goal in eight straight contests • recorded game-winning goal in Delaware’s 12-6 victory over Monmouth (March 19) • tied career-highs of three points on two goals and one assist in win against Virginia Tech and loss at CAA foe Towson.
 
2013 SEASON
Competed in all of Delaware’s 16 games while starting 10 • fourth for Delaware with 22 points on 16 goals and six assists • tallied at least one point in all but four games • finished season with 10 groundballs, one draw control and one caused turnover • posted game-winning goal against No. 11 Loyola (3/13/13), marking UD’s first victory over a ranked opponent since 2009 and the highest ranked foe since 2000 • scooped a career-high four groundballs against NCAA Tournament participant Denver (2/24/13).
 
2012 SEASON
Started 14 of 17 games played for the Blue Hens • fifth on the team with 14 goals and tied for fourth with 16 total points • posted a 53.8 shot percentage and 84.6 shot on goal percentage on the season • went 1-for-2 on free position goals • recorded 13 groundballs, five caused turnovers and two draw controls • scored first career goals (two) at Georgetown (2/29) • marked first career assist vs. La Salle (3/2) • posted a career-high four shots (all on goal) at William and Mary (4/8).
 
2011 SEASON
Saw action in eight games for the Blue Hens • recorded three shots on the season, of which two were on goal • did not tally any points during the year.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Played and started all four years at North Penn High School in Lansdale, Pa. for head coach Jami Wilus • tallied 73 goals during senior season, leading her team to a Suburban One Continental Conference championship • earned All-America honorable mention status • named first team All-Suburban One Continental Conference her junior and senior seasons • landed on school’s honor roll.

Abigail “Abbie” Eileen Hartman • born October 5, 1991 • daughter of John and Karen Hartman • has three older siblings: Mandy, Meghan and Brendan • uncle, Joe Hartman, attended Delaware • chose Delaware for its beautiful campus and excellent academics and athletics • lists Jami Wilus as her biggest influence because she taught her everything she knows about the game and is a great role model • communications major at Delaware • studied abroad during the summer of 2012 • spent a semester at sea while traveling to eight countries in Europe and North Africa • interned with Harmelin Media.
