DELAWARE STADIUM: A TO Z
Accessible seating is located in the west grandstands and the south end zone (in front of the student section). You may call the Delaware Ticket Office at (302) 831-2257 to request accessible seating in advance. Availability is limited and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can purchase tickets to upcoming events via www.BlueHens.com or by calling the Delaware Ticket Office at 302-831-2257. On gameday, guests can purchase tickets at the Delaware Stadium Box Office on the west side. Ticket windows remain open throughout the first half.
Standing or sitting in aisles or stairs is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats.
Outside alcohol is not permitted inside Delaware Stadium.
Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome. All other animals are prohibited from Delaware Stadium.
There are no ATM machines located inside Delaware Stadium.Baby Changing Table Stations
Located in the north, east and west women's restrooms.
All bags/backpacks smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted into the stadium. Bags and containers are subject to inspection by gate security prior to entering the facilities. Hard-sided coolers and bags or backpacks with metal frames are not allowed.
Beach balls, baseballs, Frisbees, footballs or any other objects cannot be thrown inside athletic venues. Large inflatable objects are also prohibited.
Beer Gardens (Inside Delaware Stadium)
Blue Hens Club members, Delaware Diamonds Society members, and Premium Box Seat Ticket Members have access to the two in-stadium locations offering the purchase of Delaware brewed beers. Guests must be 21 and older and sales will conclude at the start of the 4th quarter. Sales are located in the north west & south east corners inside Delaware Stadium.
Bicycle stands are available for use by guests and are located outside the Bob Carpenter Center north entrance.
Bob Carpenter Club
University donors at the $1,000 level and above may present their Delaware Diamonds Society card and purchased game ticket at the main entrance to the Bob Carpenter Center (The BOB) for access for themselves and up to three (3) additional guests to the Club throughout the event, including pregame and halftime. Food and beverage are available for purchase in the Club as well as access to restrooms. The Club opens one and a half hours prior to kick-off.
Cameras and Camcorders
Still cameras are welcome. Guests are asked to avoid standing in the aisles while using equipment, obstructing the views of others, or using tripods or monopods. Video and photography of Delaware Stadium and performers cannot be used commercially without written permission. We reserve the right to request that guests discontinue taking pictures on facility property.
Guests are welcome to use cellular phones provided their use does not disturb other guests. We encourage you to tweet @UDBlueHens throughout your gameday experience using #BHStateOfMind.
Chewing tobacco is not permitted in the stadium.
Personal seat backs and seat cushions may be brought into the stadium but must be 18 inches or less. They may also be purchased gameday immediately inside the east and west main entrances. They are $6 per seat and are cash only on gameday.
We offer complimentary admission to children two years of age or younger, provided they are accompanied by an adult. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are encouraged to pick up an ID bracelet for their children at any Guest Relations kiosk as part of the Lost Parents Program.
A variety of concessions are available for purchase throughout the stadium, including the Smoker Station open outside the southwest area of the stadium for the two hours prior to kick-off.

- Fryer Trailer: Northwest corner (French Fries and Chicken Fingers)

No outside beverages are permitted. Guests with disabilities may bring factory sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons into the facilities and families with infants may bring in appropriate formula/food. Fans are allowed to bring in sealed/unopened bottles of water to Delaware Stadium.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures
If there is ever a time where patrons must evacuate Delaware Stadium, proper evacuation procedure and locations will be communicated over the PA system and video board. Please be alert.
Only guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into the venue. Delaware Stadium has a no re-admittance policy, which means that once you leave the stadium, you will not be permitted to re-enter without having a new ticket.
Fan Zone (presented by Anchor Buick GMC)
The Anchor Buicl GMC Fan Zone opens two hours prior to kick-off and is located in front of The BOB adjacent to Hospitality Village. Enjoy music, inflatable games, face painting, giveaways and much more.
Emergency first-aid (ambulance service) is available at the southeast and southwest corners of the stadium. Contact the nearest usher or public safety officer to request medical attention.
Food and Beverage
There is no outside food or beverage allowed in the Stadium.
For the safety of all patrons, the throwing of footballs is prohibited inside the stadium and in all parking areas.
Game programs may be purchased on gameday at various locations.

Stadium gates open for admittance 2 hours prior to kick-off for all games.
Group Sales & Experiences
Fans that purchased Group Tickets can stop by the Guest Relations kiosk located inside the main gates of Delaware Stadium to claim their gift. This location is also where all Group Experience participants check-in. Group discounts and special seating arrangements are available for groups of 15 or more and must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance via Kia Anderson at (302) 831-8592 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Guest Behavioral Guidelines
We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stadium experience for all guests. Fans exhibiting inappropriate behavior (i.e. using foul or abusive language, making abusive gestures or appearing intoxicated) are subject to ejection from the stadium. Repeat offenses will result in the loss of season ticket privileges. If you observe a problem, please contact an usher or public safety officer immediately. To assist with this endeavor, guests are asked to abide by the following Behavioral Guidelines:
- Guests should not take any action that inhibits the progress of any game or event.
- Guests should avoid clothing that could potentially distract other guests or diminish the ability of other guests to enjoy any game or event.
- Guests should avoid the use of foul or abusive language and refrain from making any obscene gestures.
- Guests should refrain from any display of affection inappropriate in a public setting.
- In addition to the above guidelines, all guests are required to sit only in their ticketed locations and to present their ticket when requested. Additionally, only authorized individuals may enter the playing field and other restricted areas and guests must refrain from entering such areas without proper authorization.
We value our guests' opinions on a variety of subjects and issues. Throughout the season guests can express their opinion by emailing us via the staff directory on www.BlueHens.com or by visiting one of our Guest Relations kiosks on gameday.
Fans may visit a Guest Relations kiosk outside of the stadium beginning four hours prior to kickoff. The central Guest Relations kiosk located inside the main gates of Delaware Stadium will open two hours prior to kickoff and remain open through the conclusion of the game. Guests are invited to stop by these areas for general information, solutions and helpful service.
Handicap Accessible Seating
Handicap accessible seating is located in the west grandstands and the south end zone (in front of the student section). Handicap Parking Shuttle Service
Complimentary handicap parking shuttles are available to assist handicap accessible patrons to and from their vehicles to the stadium. To ride the shuttle, please locate your nearest parking attendant to radio for a pick-up, or you can call 302-831-6979 when needed. At the end of the game these shuttles do continuous loops from the stadium to handicapped patrons' destinations.
Patrons looking to reserve a private tent in Blue Hens Hospitality Village are recommended to do so at least two weeks in advance, as space is limited and based on availability. Blue Hens Hospitality Village, which is located between The BOB and South College Avenue, is a turnkey solution for fans looking to host a private tailgate. Laser pointers are not permitted.
Lost, Stolen, Left at Home or Destroyed Tickets
The University of Delaware is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten tickets and they will not be replaced free of charge. Tickets that are lost in the mail must be reported to the Delaware Ticket Office before duplicates can be made. If tickets are stolen, it must be reported to the Delaware Ticket Office in advance of the game and a stolen property report filed with the police before duplicates can be issued. If tickets are left home or lost, the season ticket holder must provide a deposit equal to the value of the tickets which will be refunded to them if original unused tickets are returned within 5 business days to the Delaware Ticket Office.
Lost and Found
Lost and found service is maintained at the Guest Relations kiosk on the west side of the stadium inside the main gate. Articles that are found should be turned over to an usher or brought to this location.
Lost Children / People
A guest who has become separated from his or her party should proceed to the closest Guest Relations Kiosk. Families are invited to stop by any Guest Relations kiosk to obtain a complimentary wristband for their children, in the event they become separated from their family.
Official Blue Hens merchandise can be purchased on both the east and west sides of the stadium at the campus shop locations.
Noise Making Devices
Musical instruments or any type of noise-making device are prohibited inside Delaware Stadium, even if purchased on-site at the University.
The public address system may not be used for paging guests. In the event of a medical emergency or special circumstance, consideration will be given to using a general page.
There are no pay phones available at Delaware Stadium.
In the event of a postponed or cancelled event, guests are advised to check the website at www.BlueHens.com, the local newspaper or Blue Hens media affiliates for further information.
For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted in Delaware Stadium:

UD reserves the right to inspect and remove any packages and containers. All persons are subject to search, which includes clothing, jackets, bags and purses. The stadium will not be responsible for items left at any of the entry gates. Fans should return restricted articles to their vehicle.

Recruits/High School Coaches
Recruits will pick up their tickets in the Bob Carpenter Center lobby beginning 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Visiting high school coaches will enter the stadium through the designated gate to the left of the stadium box office. A photo I.D. is required to receive a complimentary ticket. Tickets are stubbed and immediate entrance to the stadium is required. Gate opens two hours prior to kick-off. Please plan to arrive early to avoid lines.

Smoking / Tobacco-Free Policy
Effective 8/1/14 the University of Delaware has implemented a tobacco-free policy applicable to all members of the University community. For details, visit www.udel.edu.
Solicitation & Distribution of Literature
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted material, without written permission from UD Athletics.

We welcome guests with strollers, however they are not permitted to be in the stands. Strollers may be checked-in at the Guest Relations kiosk on the west concourse.
Patrons may tailgate beginning 4 hours prior to kick-off and may resume post game for up to two hours after the conclusion of the game. Tailgates must be limited to the immediate space behind the patron's vehicle and driveways must be kept clear at all times. Team Guests (Delaware)
Delaware team guests will enter the stadium through the designated gate to the left of the stadium box office. A photo I.D. is required to receive a complimentary ticket. Tickets are stubbed and immediate entrance to the stadium is required. Gate opens two hours prior to kick-off. Please plan to arrive early to avoid lines.
Team Guests (Visiting Team)
Visiting team guests will enter the stadium through the designated gate on the EAST SIDE of Delaware Stadium. A photo I.D. is required to receive a complimentary ticket. Tickets are stubbed and immediate entrance to the stadium is required. Gate opens two hours prior to kick-off. Please plan to arrive early to avoid lines.
Take a break from your tailgate to greet members of the Delaware Football squad as they march down Stadium Drive escorted by the UD Marching Band and Spirit Teams to their locker room. The gameday walk begins approximately 2.5 hours before kick-off in front of the DFH. Wish them luck before every game!
A ticket for admission is needed for all persons ages 3 and older. The Delaware Ticket Office is located in the Bob Carpenter Center, 631 S. College Ave. Phone: (302) 831-2257. Email: email@example.com. Online: www.bluehens.com. Delaware Stadium Box Office will be open for gameday sales only, based on availability, for the two hours prior to kick-off. The Delaware Stadium Box Office is located on the west side of the stadium underneath the press box.
UD students are able to show a valid UD ID Card at the student entrance, located at the southwest gate of Delaware Stadium, to receive a free admission ticket for the UD Student Section (south end zone). UD students are able to visit the Delaware Ticket Office at the Bob Carpenter Center (BCC) the week of the game to purchase a student section guest pass for the game. Limit one per student per game. Umbrellas are not permitted inside Delaware Stadium. Ponchos are recommended during an event held during inclement weather.
Stadium ushers serve the needs of the fans. Contact the nearest usher to request medical assistance or to register complaints about objectionable behavior.
Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) sealed/unopened bottle of water per person to Delaware Stadium. All other outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Public Will Call is located at the windows of the stadium box office adjacent to the main entrance on the west side of the stadium. To alleviate long lines on the day of the event, we ask that individuals who pre-purchased tickets pick-up any will call tickets prior to the day of the event. Or on the day of the event, we ask that all guests arrive two hours early to pick-up your tickets.
