Policies & Procedures

To participate in fitness classes you must:

  • Present a valid University of Delaware ID card at CSB entrance
  • Purchase a fitness class pass
  • Present fitness class pass to fitness instructor upon entering class
  • Bring a towel to class
  • Wear athletic shoes and clothing
  • Water must be in a plastic bottle
  • Arrive on time or early!
  • Follow Class Size Limits



Class Size Limits

Class size limits are set for participant and instructor safety.

  • UD Cycle: 40 participants
  • 321 Cardio, 20/20/20, Butts N' Guts: 25 participants
  • Dance Classes (Zumba, Hip Hop, Ballet-Burn): 45 participants
  • BODYPUMP: 25 participants
  • Kickboxing: 30 participants
  • Pyramids, Muscle Blast, Bootcamp: 28 participants
  • Yoga and Pilates: 30 participants



Class Cancellations 

Fitness classes will run as scheduled except during the following situations:  

  • The University of Delaware is closed for Holidays
  • The University of Delaware is closed due to inclement weather (if Academic classes are cancelled - Fitness Classes are cancelled!)
  • The University of Delaware students are on an extended break (Spring Break)
  • During Holiday periods (Thanksgiving, etc.) the Fitness Classes will run in concurrence with the University of Delaware academic schedule
