Policies & Procedures

To participate in fitness classes you must:

  • Present a valid University of Delaware ID card at Lil Bob entrance
  • Purchase a fitness class semester or daily membership
  • Reserve your spot in class online prior to attending. Registration opens 24 hours prior to each class. 
  • Arrive on time or early. Participants may arrive to class 15 minutes early and check in with the fitness staff member upon arrival.
  • Wear athletic shoes and clothing


Class Size Limits

Class size limits are set for participant and instructor safety.

  • Barre and Booty Barre: 22 participants
  • BODYPUMP: 26 participants
  • Butts N' Guts: 26 participants
  • CXWORX: 30 participants
  • GRIT: 15 participants
  • Hip Hop HIIT: 25 participants
  • Pilates: 28 participants
  • Tabata & HIIT: 30 participants
  • UD Cycle: 40 participants
  • Yoga: 30 participants
  • Yogilates: 30 participants
  • Zumba: 30 participants



Class Cancellations 

If class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be contacted via email prior to class.

Fitness classes will run as scheduled except during the following situations:  

  • The University of Delaware is closed for a holiday
  • The University of Delaware is closed due to inclement weather (if academic classes are cancelled - fitness classes are cancelled!)
  • The University of Delaware is on break (Ex. Spring Break)
