2012-13 Season: Placed second in the 1000 free against Drexel (9:59.37) • registered a top-10 finish at the Bucknell Invitational in the 200 IM (1:54.00) and the 400 IM (4:09.13) • competed in the 200 fly at the 2013 CAA Championships • finished 15th in the 200 IM (1:52.43) and eighth in the 400 IM (3:59.98) at CAAs.

2011-12 Season: Broke into Delaware’s all time records with three top ten times in the 200 Butterfly, 200 IM, and the 400 IM · posted the team’s best time of the season in the 400 Individual Medley during the CAA Championships · 14th overall in the 200 Butterfly at the CAA Championship · earned a first place finish at the Bucknell Invitational in the 400 Individual Medley “C” Final.  Club: Named USA Swimming All-American in 2010 and 2011 • NCSA Swimming Junior Nationals Champion in 2010 and runner-up in 2011 • NOVA of Virginia Aquatics, Inc. Swimming Coach’s Award as a senior • also swam for Glen Allen Gliders during summer, holding 15 team records since 2002.   

High School: Salutatorian at Godwin High School for Class of 2011 • member of the National Honor Society and the Beta Club • Spanish Club Historian.  

Personal: Timothy Kyle "Tim" West • son of Glenn and Sharon West • has a brother, Matthew, and two sisters, Abby and Lily • biomedical engineering major at Delaware • would like to attend graduate school or medical school • played the French Horn for seven years with the Richmond Symphony Youth Orchestra • has travelled to China and Peru • appeared in the pilot episode of TV drama "Commander In Chief."
