Fourth-year team member who excels in distance freestyle events for the Blue Hens • one of the top distance freestylers in Delaware history • second-year team co-captain • shares honor with senior Matt Daniel • has posted 11 top five finishes at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships during his three-year career • former CAA Rookie Swimmer of the Year • owner of six school records, including the 200 freestyle (1:38.36), 500 freestyle (4:24.05), 1,000 freestyle (9:21.00), 1,650 freestyle (15:26.64), 400 individual medley (3:50.90), and 800 freestyle relay (6:36.78). 

2015-16 SEASON
Top five finisher in four events at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships as he was second in the 500 freestyle, third in the 800 freestyle relay, third in the 200 freestyle, and third in the 1,650 freestyle • honored as a U.S. Swimming AT&T Nationals competitor where he finished 34th in the 400 individual medley, 42nd in the 1,500 freestyle, and 72nd in the 400 freestyle • awarded the PNC Bank Student-Athlete Acheiver Award on Jan. 22 • earned All-CAA honors in for four events • named the UD Alumni Association Jack and Hugh Dougherty Team MVP •  put in season-best times in 400 medley relay (3:30.89), 400 freestyle relay (3:09.21), 800 freestyle relay (6:49.84), 200 freestyle (1:42.98), 400 freestyle (long course - 4:12.36, 500 freestyle (4:38.21), 1,000 freestyle (9:39.22), 1,500 freestyle (long course (16:48.52), 200 backstroke (1:55.30),200 butterfly 1:57.27), 400 individual medley (4:07.91), and 400 individual medley (long course - 4:41.13).

2014-15 SEASON
Won the 500 freestyle at the 2015 CAA Championships (4:24.05) • posted thee other top 5 finishes at the CAA meet as he was second in the 1,650 freestyle (15:26.64), second in the 400 individual medley (3:50.90), and fourth in the 800 freestyle relay (6:36.78) • made NCAA B qualifying cut in three events (400 IM, 500 freestyle, 1,650 freestyle) • named All-CAA (500 freestyle, 1,650 freestyle, and 400 IM) • ECAC South Swimmer of the Week and CAA Swimmer of the Week (Jan. 13) • had team's best time in the 1,000 freestyle (9:31.69), 1,650 freestyle (15:26.64), and 400 IM (3:50.90). 

2013-14 SEASON
Enjoyed an outstanding rookie season • first-ever UD swimmer to earn CAA Rookie Swimmer of the Year honors • earned All-CAA honors in 1,650 freestyle • NCAA B Provisional qualifier (1,650 freestyle) • posted three top four finishes at the CAA Championships, placing second in the 1,650 freestyle (UD record 15:29.29), fourth in the 500 freestyle (4:28.15), and fourth in the 400 individual medley (3:55.34) • UD Alumni Association/Jack & Hugh Dougherty Team MVP.

HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year letterwinner at James Hubert Blake High School for head coaches Ryan Burnsky and Jared Fribush • set four team records and won two division championships • earned all-county honors in the 200 individual medley • also received All-Metro honors and was a two-time regional champion • named school's Winter Athlete of the Year in 2013 • two-year team captain •  team captain for two seasons • high point-scorer at Maryland State Championships in 2013 • National Honor Society member • two-time AP scholar.
