The new fitness center is open! There are THREE floors of fitness space to meet everyone's needs and wants! On the main level, you will find 18 Precor ellipticals, 9 treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, all complete with individualized TV's on each machine. There is also a step mill, cable machine, core trianing area, and small weight room.
On the lower level, we offer a full floor of strength training equipment, including 4 power racks, a full line of dumbbells, 2 cable machines, plate loaded equipment and MORE!
On the top level/ track floor, we have a 2 lane track, treadmills, bikes, ARC trainers, ellipticals, rowers, steppers, and the NEW Octane Lateral Trainer! Be sure to check out the Synergy 360 which provides a unique and exciting way to train!

There are TWO new class formats that we now offer as part of the Group Fitness Class schedule- Power Circuits and TRX & Core. Both classes use the Synergy 360 machine (located on the track floor) and will give you a workout unlike any other! Bring your fitness class pass in order to attend.
Power Circuits is offered on Monday at 5:30pm, Wednesday at 3:30pm, and Friday at 5:30pm. TRX & Core is offered on Tuesday at 4:30pm
