Three-time letter winner for the Blue Hens after transferring from Ohio State University • good vision and game sense • ability to be a consistent finisher in the attack unit • impact player • three-time IWLCA All-Mid Atlantic Region and All-CAA First Team honoree • finished illustrious career with name littered amongst Delaware record books • ranked 13th in program history with 168 points and tied for 19th with 103 goals in just three seasons • placed ninth all-time with 65 assists • 16 career hat tricks • graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Health Sciences.

2016 SEASON
Appeared in 15 games with 14 starts in final season in a Blue Hens uniform • IWLCA Second Team All-Mid Atlantic Region honoree • First Team All-CAA selection • hampered by a knee injury which forced her to miss the first two games of her collegiate career • led team with 54 points on 27 goals and 27 assists • finished tied for sixth in single season history with a career-best 27 assists, a mark that ranked 39th amongst NCAA Division I statistics • average of 1.8 assists per game was good to lead the CAA and placed her 18th nationally • second in the league and 32nd in the NCAA with 3.60 points per contest • posted five 8-meter goals, a mark good to tie for the team lead alongside classmate Shannon Hawley • earned CAA Player of the Week and National 5 & 10 Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week accolades on March 14 after totaling 14 points on six goals, eight assists, two ground balls and a caused turnover in wins over Villanova (March 9) and Monmouth (March 12) • dished out a career-high and Delaware Stadium record six assists against the Wildcats • six assists also good to tie for third in Blue Hens single season history • tied for fifth in Delaware Stadium history with five goals versus the Hawks • her seven points in back-to-back games against VU and MU each tied for first in Delaware Stadium history • tied for second in Delaware Stadium record books with four assists versus against Canisius (March 5) • went a career-best 3-for-3 from the 8-meter line versus Monmouth • registered at least two points in 12 contests • posted four hat tricks • CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2015 SEASON
Continued to provide an offensive spark as a junior • IWLCA Second Team All-Mid Atlantic Region • First Team All-CAA • led Blue Hens with 56 points and 40 goals • added 16 assists, which was good for second on the team • ranked fifth in the CAA and 73rd in the NCAA with 2.22 goals per game • also finished seventh in the league and 91st nationally with 3.11 points per contest • scored at least one point in all but two games • exploded for a career-best 10 points on nine goals and one assist in Delaware’s 22-2 rout of Lafayette (Feb. 17) • with her nine goals, became the first Blue Hen since 1983 and first CAA player since 2002 to complete the feat • first NCAA Division I player to have nine goals in regulation since 2013 • added two goals and an assist against #14 Penn (Feb. 21) to be named the CAA Player of the Week • posted seven hat tricks • tied career-high with two caused turnovers at Villanova (March 11) • opened season with six points on three goals and three assists in 17-5 upset over #16 Georgetown (Feb. 14) • point total against the Hoyas good to tie for fourth in Delaware Stadium history • contributed five points (3g, 2a) in ESPN3 contest at Monmouth (March 4).

2014 SEASON
Made an immediate impact in her first season with the Blue Hens • IWLCA Second Team All-Mid Atlantic Region • First Team All-CAA • recorded a team-best 58 points, the most for a UD player since 2007 • finished fourth in the CAA and 58th in the nation with 3.41 points per contest • tallied at least one point in each game played • led Blue Hens with 22 assists (55th NCAA) and 1.29 assists per game (fourth CAA; 50th NCAA) • third for Delaware with 36 goals scored • placed fifth in the CAA and 98th nationally with 2.12 goals per contest • two-time CAA Offensive Player of the Week • tallied at least five points in five straight games from March 5 through March 19, a feat that had not been accomplished since Karen Emas posted at least seven points in five straight games for the 1983 National Champion Blue Hens • five hat tricks • added 20 groundballs, eight draw controls and seven caused turnovers • scored first goal in a Delaware uniform with a three-goal performance, including the game-winning goal, against Lafayette (Feb. 19) • tallied five goals in three straight games, including wins vs. La Salle, Villanova and Virginia Tech • dished out five assists at Temple (March 15) • also posted a career-best two caused turnovers against the Owls.

2013 SEASON (AT OHIO STATE)
Played freshman season at Ohio State University • started both games played for the Buckeyes • collected first career goal in OSU’s season opener against Louisville on Feb. 16, 2013 • tallied one groundball.

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-year letter winner in field hockey, hockey and lacrosse at the Berkshire School in Sheffield, Mass. • First Team All-American in 2011 and 2012 • led Berkshire to 2012 Western New England Class B Title • Team captain and two-time MVP under head coach Dana Anselmi • member of Team Canada and was second leading scorer for the U19 team (2011) and was named MVP in the World Cup game vs. England • the-time All-Star team selection • set and broke lacrosse scoring records for all three years of attendance at Berkshire School • provincial gold medalist with the Orangeville women’s senior lacrosse team.

Casey Alison Lyons • born July 6, 1993 • daughter of Gord Lyons and Cathy Longhurst • has one older brother, Kody • cousin, Matt Lyons, played three seasons in the National Lacrosse League • favorite sports team is the Toronto Maple Leafs • majoring in health behavior science with a minor in public health.
