Earned the team’s Varsity Coaches Award • competed in all eight regattas on the year, the first three with the Varsity Eights and the final five with the Second Varsity Eights • helped lead the Varsity Eights to a third place finish at the Temple/Lehigh Invitational, a second place finish at the Saint Joseph’s Invitational, and a third place finish in its heat at the Murphy Cup • member of the Second Varsity Eights boat that posted victories over George Mason, Duquesne and Lehigh • the crew also placed third in its heat at the Murphy Cup, sixth in its final at the Dad Vail Regatta, and fourth at the CAA Championship.

Shannon Taylor • born Oct. 6, 1993 • daughter of Marshall and Teresa Taylor • has a brother, Shane • biological sciences major at Delaware with minors in biochemistry and anthropology • served as a coach as the Wilmington Youth Rowing Association over the summer.
