MILFORD, Del. -- University of Delaware football is back in action with spring practice under the leadership of head coach Dave Brock and his staff.

For the second year in a row, the Blue Hens will take to the road to hold their practice this Saturday, Apr. 26 at Milford (Del.) High School. Fans are invited to come out for a day of free fun, football, and giveaways beginning at 10 a.m. Concessions and merchandise will be sold and tailgating (no alcohol permitted per school district policy) will be encouraged.

The Delaware football team will begin on-field action at 12 noon.

Boys and girls 4 to 12 years of age can participate in Football Skills Fun with select Blue Hens football student-athletes prior to the scrimmage. Check-in will be from 10-10:30 a.m. the day of the event. Programming will start at 10:30 a.m.

Radio Disney will be on-site to provide interactive entertainment, and Delaware t-shirts will be distributed to the first 150 fans in attendance. Bounce House fun and the team's gameday inflatable helmet will be up for fans to make their entrance. University of Delaware cheerleaders will also be on hand to add to the spirit.

Following the on-field football action, fans in attendance will have the chance to join their favorite Blue Hens football student-athletes on the field for autographs and photos.
