Four-year varsity standout at nearby Charter School of Wilmington for head coach and former UD player Tyran Rice • backup linebacker as a freshman and starter as a sophomore before an injury early in the season • two-way starter at tight end and defensive end his final two seasons • had 10 receptions and three touchdowns on offense and recorded 20 tackles and an interception for a touchdown as a junior • had 10 catches and a touchdown as a senior in 2015 • four-time Academic All-State selection • played on Team Delaware 7 on 7 football club team and led squad to 15th place national finish in 2015.
