TOWSON, Md. -- The University of Delaware volleyball team concluded its 2017 season on Sunday with a three-set loss to Towson at SECU Arena.

The Tigers captured the match by set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 25-17 to improve to 26-4 overall and 12-4 in the Colonial Athletic Association. The Blue Hens finish their campaign at 5-21 overall and 3-13 in league play.

UD senior Daria Robinson concluded her Blue Hen career with a team-leading 10 kills on the afternoon, while Raven Luckett added nine kills and three blocks. Maria Bellinger contributed eight kills, while Courtnie Roberts posted a double-double with 31 assists and 11 digs.

Libero Kori Rasmussen recorded a career-high 20 digs to lead the defensive effort, while Brooke Robinson chipped in nine digs to go with six kills.

Julymar Otero led Towson with 14 kills and 15 assists, while Carola Biver contributed 10 kills and 16 digs.

The Tigers led for most of the opening set, and after Delaware closed within 23-20, Towson won the next two points to take the early lead. The second frame featured 13 ties and neither team led by more than three points, before Otero slammed a kill at 24-23 to put the Tigers up two sets.

Delaware jumped out to a 4-1 advantage in the third set, but the Tigers won the next seven points and led the rest of the way.

• Luckett hit .615 for the match, her second highest percentage of the year
• Roberts notched her fourth double-double and finished one assist shy of her career-high
• Towson had one block, the fewest by a UD opponent on the season
• The Tigers have won 11 of the last 14 meetings between the teams
