Frantzer Le Blanc joined the University of Delaware in October 2014 as the assistant athletic director for Bob Carpenter Center operations and facilities.

 He is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the BCC. He oversees the scheduling of the meeting rooms, arena and practice gyms. He plans the maintenance of the building and oversees all set-up and breakdowns of every event and meeting in the building. He is the event manager for every major show and concert in the building. He also oversees and plans capital projects in the BCC.

 Le Blanc arrived in Newark after spending six years at Hofstra University as the assistant director for athletic facilities, where he organized all aspects of game operations for athletic competitions and maintained scheduling athletic databases.

 Le Blanc also spent time as the director of operations and outside facilities at Wagner College after making a stop at American University, where he served as the assistant facility and operation manager.

 He earned his Master’s of Business Administration from Wagner and is pursuing a second Master’s at Temple University. He graduated from Temple in 2004 with a major in Sports Management.
