Hannah Sirdofsky, the associate athletics director for marketing & engagement, oversees the marketing and engagement team that executes game presentation, promotions, special events, scholarships, stewardship and recognitions for all Delaware Athletics audiences. Starting in August 2016, she is responsible for the marketing strategy for football and men’s and women’s basketball; marketing campaigns across the department; team leadership and management; paid advertising initiatives and special projects. 

Sirdofsky comes to Newark from the University of Michigan, where she served as the assistant director, engagement, and events for three years. In that role, she implemented a comprehensive engagement and events program for audiences including, but not limited to, fans, student-athlete alumni, faculty/staff, current students, recruits, donors, and sponsors. She was promoted to that position after spending nearly two years as the coordinator of donor engagements and events.

From 2010-11, Sirdofsky organized sponsor activation at the Marine Corps Marathon and other running events to maximize their marketing objectives. She also made stops at the Washington Capitals as a public relations game-night staffer and the U.S. Soccer Foundation as a marketing and development graduate intern.

Earning her master’s in professional studies in sports industry management from Georgetown in 2010, Sirdofsky is a 2008 Michigan graduate.
