WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- The University of Delaware men’s golf squad posted a 304 team score during Tuesday’s final round at the Joe Agee Invitational hosted by William & Mary, finishing in 10th place at the tournament.

The Blue Hens, who recorded team scores of 297 and 305 on Monday, placed 10th out of 11 teams with a three-round total of 906. James Madison captured the team title with an 851 score, while Towson was one shot back at 852.

Delaware junior Fraser Graham carded a three over par 74 during Tuesday’s round on the par 71, 6,822-yard course at The Williamsburg Club, finishing in a tie for 32nd place in the individual standings with a 12 over par 74-77-74-225.

Fellow junior Niño Rosal fired an eight over par 79 in his final round, ending with a 15 over par 74-75-79-228 to tie for 39th place. Senior Dan Costenbader, who carded a seven over par 78 on Tuesday, finished in a tie for 43rd place with a 16 over par 75-76-78-229.

UD freshman Marc Oliveri also recorded a 78 during his third round, as he also concluded play with a 16 over par 74-77-78-229 to tie for 43rd place. Sophomore Kyle Martin tied Graham for the low round of the day by a Blue Hen, carding a three over par 74 to finish tied for 59th place at 80-80-74-234, 21 over par.

Alex Hicks of William & Mary was the invitational’s medalist after he shot a tournament record 14 under par 66-66-67-199, posting a seven shot victory. The Blue Hens return to action on Sunday and Monday when they compete in the Binghamton Fall Invitational at the Links at Hiawatha Landing in Apalachin, N.Y.
