One-time letter winner for the Blue Hens • likes to eliminate and score • playful and relaxed which are key qualities to being successful on the offensive end • continually raises her abilities to be a contributor in the build-up, creation of scoring opportunities and finishing • has received quality coaching prior to arriving at UD.

2016 SEASON
Saw time in 21 games as Delaware collected the program's first-ever NCAA Division I while registering a team-record and nation-best 23 victories and 90.2 winning percentage • CAA All-Rookie Team • finished year with 13 points on six goals and an assist • made first career start against Ohio State (Aug. 27) and scored first two career goals the next day, also against the Buckeyes • posted a goal in team's 3-2 upset at No. 1 Duke (Nov. 13) in the NCAA Tournament • CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll • ZAG Field Hockey/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.

HIGH SCHOOL
Tallied 52 goals and 19 assists as a four-year varsity starter at Arundel High School • team captain as a senior under head coach Carrie Vosburg • Wildcats went 38-13-7 during her career • team's leading scorer over three seasons, including a career-best 28 points (15g, 13a) as a junior • posted a career-high 20 goals during her sophomore season • two-time Washington Post All-Met, Coach's First Team All-County and First Team All-County selection while also garnerig Second team All-State and Second Team Baltimore Sun All-Metro accolades in 2014 • excelled academically and was named to the Principal's Honor Roll, Honor Roll, National Honors Society and National Science Honors Society while serving as a part of the Best Buddies Club.

CLUB
Member of SPark Field Hockey Club from 2012-16 • played at the Disney Showcase Tournament, National Club Championships, National Festival Tournament, National Indoor Tournament, Disney Wide World of Sports Tournament, Junior Premier Outdoor League and Junior Premier Indoor League • played alongside current Blue Hens teammates Conner Allen, Kayla Devlin and Ellie Schepens.

Allison Patricia Pollak • prefers to go by ‘Ally' • last name is pronounced "poll--ick" • born January 20, 1998 in Baltimore, Md. • daughter of Denise and Gustave Pollak • has two younger sisters, Caroline and • majoring in medical diagnostics with the goal of attending Physician Assistant school following graduation • enjoys coaching, traveling, hiking and exploring • played field hockey in Barcelona at the age of 15 as part of the World Camp Eurotour.
