Tickets to the quarterfinal round of the 2017 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Tournament to be held on Sunday, May 21 at Delaware Stadium are on sale now. 

The event will feature a doubleheader format involving teams that won their first round NCAA Tournament games held the previous weekend. Hofstra University will host the other quarterfinal matchups on Saturday, May 20 in Hempstead, N.Y. The four quarterfinal winners will advance to the NCAA Championships to be held May 27-29, 2017 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.

Tickets can be purchased in-person at the Delaware Ticket Office at the Bob Carpenter Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., by telephone by calling 302-831-2257, or online by going to and clicking on the link to “Tickets” at the top of the page.

Tickets as low as $10 are available for the one-day, two-game event. Other prices include $30 for box seats, $25 for seats in premium sections C, D, and E; $20 for sideline seats in Sections A, B, F, and G; and $15 for general admission in the end zone.

Special ticket prices are available for youths and students. The youth rate is $15 for sideline seats and $10 for the end zone, and may be purchased by phone or in-person. Tickets for college students with a valid identification are $10 in the end zone and must be purchased in-person.

Delaware Stadium has hosted NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Tournament action four previous years. Delaware hosted the NCAA Division I Championship Game in 1984, the first-ever NCAA Final Four in 1986, NCAA first round games in 2002, and the NCAA Quarterfinals in 2014. 

The 22,000-seat stadium serves not only as the home of the Blue Hen men’s and women’s lacrosse teams but is also one of the finest venues in the nation among NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision programs. The lighted stadium includes a synthetic FieldTurf surface that was installed in 2009.
