BALTIMORE  --  University of Delaware football will be well-represented when the Colonial Athletic Association kicks off the 2017 season with the conference's annual  Media Day on Tuesday, July 25 from M&T Bank Stadium, home to the National Football League's Baltimore Ravens.

Providing the keynote address will be Nick Boyle, a former Blue Hen All-American who is currently in his third year as a member of the Ravens. Boyle was a four-year standout at tight end for the Blue Hens from 2011-14 and served as a co-captain as a senior when he caught 37 passes for 304 yards and four touchdowns to earn second team All-America honors. A two-time All-CAA performer, he caught 101 passes for 984 yards and 12 touchdowns in 41 career games.

Boyle was selected by Baltimore in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. In 17 career games with the Ravens, he has caught 24 passes for 197 yards. He begins pre-season camp on July 27 at Owings Mills, Md. and will be a strong contender for a starting spot. He is one of seven former Delaware players currently active in the NFL.
