HEN SCRATCHINGS:

  • LOOKING TO BOUNCE BACK IN CAA: Delaware is currently in a three-way tie for fifth place in the CAA. The Blue Hens must finish in the top-six of the Colonial Athletic Association final regular season standings in order to qualify for the postseason CAA Tournament which gets underway October 29.
  • LOOKING TO RIGHT THE SHIP: Thursday the Blue Hens will look to snap a two-match unbeaten streak. The Hens are 1-3 in their last four matches. On Sunday, Delaware fell at William & Mary, 2-1. Delaware’s goal occurred in the 72nd minute and was scored by Andrea Gunderson.
  • HITTING THE ROAD FOR THE FINAL TIME: Delaware is closing out the road portion of its schedule Thursday night. The Blue Hens will conclude CAA play with a pair of home contests against Elon and James Madison.
