FAMILY AND PARENTS’ WEEKEND
This weekend marks the squad’s annual Family and Parents’ Weekend, where the Hens would like to show their appreciation for the hospitality and generous moments that the families provide to make the experience of UDFH student-athletes even more special than they already are.

“We are extremely fortunate to have the families that we do on this team and we cannot express how appreciative we are to have the support and energy that our parents provide,” exclaimed Delaware head coach Rolf van de Kerkhof.  “Our team excels on and off of the field because of this tremendous support and I cannot express how thankful I am for these families to share their daughters with us.”

Following Sunday’s game, UDFH will further grow the “Blue Hen family and parents game experience” as the team invites all family members to partake in field hockey fun on the field. Additional sticks will be provided, as the team will act as coaches to parents, siblings and friends in a family game.
