AT DELAWARE

2014 SEASON
One of the leaders of the defensive front • earned his third letter • played in all 12 games with 11 starts at defensive end • ranked fifth among down linemen with 24 tackles (19 solo stops) but ranked third on the team in both sacks (5 for 32 yards) and tackles for loss (7 for 36 yards) • posted season-high five tackles each vs. Delaware State and James Madison and added four against Sacred Heart • recorded a career-high three sacks for 11 yards vs. Delaware State, the most sacks in a game by a UD player since 2007 (Matt Marcorelle) • also had sacks vs. Sacred Heart and Rhode Island • Blue Hen Touchdown Club Defensive Player of the Week vs. Delaware State and Sacred Heart • had three tackles for loss in Blue-White Spring Game.

2013 SEASON
One of the team’s top defensive linemen for the second straight year • earned his second letter as a sophomore when he started all 12 games at right defensive end • ranked No. 5 among down lineman with 32 tackles, including 18 solo stops • third on the team with 6.5 tackles for loss (35 yards) and No. 2 on squad with five sacks (33 yards) • also had a pass breakup and a forced fumble • matched a career-high with six tackles each in home wins over Wagner and Albany • also recorded four stops vs. Villanova and had three tackles vs. Delaware State • had two sacks vs. Albany and one solo sack each against Jacksonville and Rhode Island • also forced a fumble vs. Jacksonville • had three tackles (two solo) and a pass breakup in Blue-White Spring Game.

2012 SEASON
One of just four true freshmen to play in all 11 games and one of just two (Plummer was the other) to start a game • started seven contests for Blue Hens at defensive end • helped team rank No. 2 in the CAA in sacks • ranked No. 2 among Delaware down lineman in tackles with 23 tackles, including 15 solo stops • also had two tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, a fumble, and a forced fumble • posted a career-high six tackles vs. Towson and added four vs. Delaware State and three against Richmond • collected sacks vs. Delaware State and Old Dominion and forced a fumble vs. Bucknell • picked up a fumble in the second half vs. William & Mary and rambled 45 yards for a touchdown in early season win.

HIGH SCHOOL
Outstanding defensive end at Camden County High School for head coach Jeff Herron • one of two recruits from Camden County High School, joining fellow UD lineman Josh Plummer • earned All-State honors in Georgia as both a junior in 2010 and as a senior in 2011 • two-time region Defensive Player of the Year in 2010-11 • selected as Camden County Co-Defensive Most Valuable Player each of his final two seasons • recorded 30 tackles with two quarterback sacks in 2010 and posted 40 tackles with 12 sacks and two pass breakups as a senior in 2011 • also recovered one fumble and forced another as a senior • led the 2012 team to a 12-1 record, a perfect 8-0 mark in regional play, a regional title, and a berth in the state Elite Eight.
