Third-year player as a sophomore walk-on • will again add depth to the defensive secondary • projected to start season as the No. 3 strong safety behind sophomores Ryan Torzsa and Simba Gwashavanhu • could also add solid support on special teams • had five tackles (three solo) in the Blue-White Spring Game.

Earned first letter as a backup defensive back • battled injuries and appeared in only one game at Maine • enjoyed an outstanding Blue-White Spring Game performance as he collected eight tackles (five solo) and intercepted a pass and returned it 10 yards • selected by coaching staff to carry out the Delaware state flag in game vs. Towson.

Did not see game action in first year at Delaware and retained freshman eligibility • played defensive back on scout teams.

Competed in football and basketball at William Penn High School • two-year starter in football for head coach Bill Cole • played free safety, wide receiver, and quarterback during his career • led team to a 6-4 mark as a senior • earned second team All-Blue Hen Conference honors as a senior in 2011 and third team all-conference honors as a junior in 2010 • two-year starter in basketball as a guard and forward • led team to a two-year record of 26-14 • National Honor Society student.
