NEWARK, Del. -- The University of Delaware men’s basketball team and SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Council) are partnering to make the holidays a little brighter for the children at Alfred I. DuPont Hospital again this season by hosting the annual pregame toy drive on Saturday, November 30 at the Bob Carpenter Center (BCC) prior to the Blue Hens’ game against Robert Morris.

The game will begin at 12 noon. Donations will be accepted in the BCC main lobby from when doors open at 11 a.m. until the conclusion of halftime.

Fans are encouraged to donate a NEW, unwrapped non-violent toy for boys and girls ages 4-12. Toy suggestions include children's books; coloring books; toy trucks; activity blankets; puzzles; plush animals; dolls; building blocks; musical toys; board games; push/pull toys; legos; CDs and DVDs; and drawing sets.
