2012 Season: Enjoyed an increased role on team and took advantage as one of team's most reliable offensive threats • ranked second on the team behind All-CAA pick Grant Kaleikau with 18 scores while also dishing out four assists • led the CAA with nine man-up goals on the season • scored four goals in season opener vs. Detroit, including three on man-up situations, and came back the next week to tally three goals, including the game-winner in overtime vs. Bucknell • also had three goals vs. Saint Joseph's, including two man-up scores, and had two each against Villanova and Michigan • team went 6-9 for Shillinglaw.
2011 Season: Saw action in six games as a freshman • saw action mostly as a member of the No. 3 midfield unit • scored three goals, picked up four groundballs and had one caused turnover for the season • scored two goals and recorded two groundballs vs. Presbyterian • named CAA Rookie of the Week on Feb. 14 for his performance against Presbyterian • also scored a goal vs. Stony Brook • helped lead the Blue Hens to an 11-7 record, a Colonial Athletic Association Tournament title, and a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
