Team co-captain with senior defender Matt Matsko • fifth-year team member as a senior midfielder • one of the top midfielders in the Colonial Athletic Association • earned spot on preseason All-CAA team • was selected in the sixth round of the 2015 Major League Lacrosse Draft by Ohio (Jan. 23) • expected to be offensive catalyst for Delaware offense with his outstanding stick skills and explosiveness • will be joined by sophomore Steve Delargy and Jackson Finigan on first midfield unit • team's active career leading goal-scorer with 30 goals to go with 21 assists • has played in 44 career games with 33 starts and scored 51 points • has posted 10 multiple goal games in his career • also has 38 groundballs and 10 caused turnovers •

One of the top midfielders in the CAA • earned first team All-CAA honors • was team's second leading scorer with 30 points on 17 goals and 13 assists • ranked fourth on the team with 52 shots and was third with a 57.7 shot percentage • had four multiple goal games, including a season-high three vs. Lafayette and two each against Binghamton,  Manhattan, and Ohio State • dished three assists vs. Massachusetts • scored game-winner vs. Binghamton • had three groundballs vs. UMass • CAA Academic Honor Roll.

2013 SEASON (Game by Game)
Enjoyed an outstanding season as a Blue Hen as he played in all 15 games with 14 starts • ranked fourth on the team in points with 19 points on 12 goals and 7 assists • scored two goals in five different games, vs. High Point, Mt. St. Marys, Lafayette, Binghamton, and Saint Joseph's • had five shots each vs. High Point and Lafayette • recorded career-high six groundballs vs. Lafayette.


2012 SEASON (Game by Game)
Part-time starter at midfield as a redshirt freshman • saw action in 13 games and started contests against Johns Hopkins, Mt. St. Mary's, and Villanova • contributed four goals and one assist to go with 12 groundballs on the season • scored his first two career goals in a mid-season setback to Mt. St. Mary's and also scored in back to back games vs. Hofstra and Michigan • dealt lone assist against Mt. St. Mary's as part of a three-point day • had season-high four groundballs vs. Villanova and added three vs. Mt. St. Mary's.


2011 SEASON
Did not see game action for the Blue Hens and retained freshman eligibility • Delaware went 11-7, captured the Colonial Athletic Association Tournament title, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.


HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in lacrosse as an attackman at J.K. Mullen High School under coach Mitch Brin • won three letters in lacrosse and led the team to the state finals in his junior season • played center on the ice hockey team for three seasons • National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society member • four-year honor roll student.

Brian Michael Kormondy ("korman-dee") • born Oct. 15, 1991 • son of Kevin and Martha Kormondy • marketing and management major at Delaware • took part in internship with Bridge Financial Group during the summer • has already accepted a financial advising position after graduation • has two older sisters • father is the executive vice-president and chief operation officer of  Big-O-Tires, North America's largest franchiser of tire retailers • mother is a nurse • father played football at NCAA Division III Union (N.Y.) College • has worked at Breakaway Sports Lacrosse Store and as a parking valet in Denver during the summer.
