Abigail “Abby” Burke Wheble ("web--bull")• born September 23, 1993 • daughter of Andrew and Donna Wheble • has one older sister, Emily • cites sister as the biggest influence on her as an athlete because she always encouraged, pushed and supported her in addition to being an amazing athlete herself • majoring in elementary education and special education • began playing lacrosse in seventh grade and field hockey in ninth grade • chose Delaware for the team, coaches, location, education program and “championship vision" • works as a tour guide at Herr's Snack Factory.
