Averaged 2.6 rebounds and 2.2 points in 21 games for the Tigers under head coach Audra Smith • finished season by leading the team with a .463 (19-41) field goal percentage • scored a season-best 11 points (5-7 fg; 1-4 ft) against Louisville on Jan. 28 • collected season-high eight rebounds on Jan. 24 versus Georgia Tech • recorded first career field goal, rebound, steal and blocked shot in season-opening win over Charleston Southern • dished out first career assist against Pittsburgh on Jan. 31 • Dean’s List student-athlete.

Gadson Elise Lefft • born June 9, 1996 in Columbia, S.C. • daughter of Ricky and Benita Lefft • father is a lawyer for The Lefft Law Group, LLC, and specializes in the representation of college coaches and athletics directors as well as educational institutions • father is also a professor and member of the Alumni Board of Governors at his alma mater, the University of South Carolina • mother is a banker • has two siblings, Evan and Alexis • has two uncles who played collegiate athletics in Brantley Evans (Appalachian State and South Carolina State football) and Ron Jones (Dartmouth men’s basketball) • majoring in psychology • enjoys music, golfing, videogames and watching Netflix/TV • lists favorite sports teams as the Minnesota Lynx, Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Red Sox.
