What is it?

Every 3 months, Les Mills releases new choreography and tracks to the instructors to vamp up their classes. These releases include exciting innovations, great music, and an awesome workout.

New to BODYPUMP? Review the information below before class.

 - Arrive​ early​ ​to​ ​be​ ​assisted​ ​with​ ​equipment setup.

 - BODYPUMP​ ​is​ ​a​ ​45-60​ ​minute​ ​class​ ​that​ ​uses​ ​light​ ​to​ ​moderate​ ​weights​ ​with​ ​lots​ ​of repetition​ ​to​ ​build​ ​strength​ ​and​ ​tone​ ​muscles.

 - Instructors​ ​will​ ​coach​ ​you​ ​through​ ​the​ ​​scientifically​ ​proven​​ ​moves​ ​and​ ​techniques pumping​ ​out​ ​encouragement,​ ​motivation​ ​and​ ​great​ ​music​ ​–​ ​helping​ ​you​ ​achieve​ ​much more​ ​than​ ​on​ ​your​ ​own!

 - The​ ​workout​ ​is​ ​designed​ ​so​ ​you​ ​can​ ​choose​ ​how​ ​hard​ ​you​ ​would​ ​like​ ​to​ ​work​ ​that​ ​day. Instructors will provide modifications to accomodate participants of all fitness levels.
