Pump It Up Fan Zone

The Pump It Up Fan Zone opens two hours prior to kick-off and is located outside the west gate main entrance of Delaware Stadium. Enjoy live music, concessions, inflatable games, autographs, merchandise, and much more!

The Coors Light Coop

Adjacent to the Pump It Up Fan Zone, enjoy pregame beverages, food and NCAA football gameday coverage while socializing with fellow Blue Hen football fans in "The Coop" this season. Opens 2 hours prior to kick-off, with last call 15 minutes prior to kick-off. Must be at least 21 years of age AND have purchased a paid game ticket to enter this designated area. Valid photo ID with your birthdate will be required for entry.

Advance Tickets

Guests can purchase tickets to upcoming events on the Internet at bluehens.com or by calling 302-831-2257. On gameday, guests can purchase tickets at the main ticket office on the west side. Ticket windows remain open throughout the first half.

Aisle Policy

Standing or sitting in aisles or stairs is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats.

Alcohol

Alcohol is not permitted inside Delaware Stadium. Guests found with an alcoholic beverage will be ejected from the venue.

Animals

Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome.

ATMs

Locations are to be determined at this time. Please check your updated gameday info sheet when you arrive for your shift.

Autographs

Special appearances by Blue Hens student-athletes will be scheduled throughout the season during pre-game in the Fan Zone when time and NCAA regulations permit.

Baby Changing Table Stations

Located in Northeast and West women's restrooms.

Bags/Backpacks

All bags/backpacks smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted into the Stadium. Bags and containers are subject to inspection by gate security prior to entering the facilities. Hard-sided coolers and bags or backpacks with metal frames are not allowed.

Banners and Signs

We welcome guest to show their enthusiasm at events through the use of signs and banners, subject to the following rules.

Signs and Banners must:

  • Pertain to the event at which the sign or banner is used
  • Be of a size equal to or smaller than 4 feet by 8 feet

Signs and Banners cannot:

  • Be placed in any area of the playing field or over seat railings
  • Infringe on the sightlines of other guests
  • Obstruct any advertising signage
  • Be commercial or obscene in nature
Beach Balls

Beach balls, baseballs, Frisbees, footballs or any other objects cannot be thrown inside athletic venues. Large inflatable objects are also prohibited.

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle stands are available for use by guests and are located outside the Bob Carpenter Center north entrance.

Bob Carpenter Club

University donors at the $1000 level and above may present their Diamond Society card and purchased game ticket at the North entrance to the Bob Carpenter Center for access for themselves and up to three additional guests to the Club throughout the event, including pre-game and halftime. Food and beverage are available for purchase in the Club as well as access to restrooms.

Cameras and Camcorders

Still and video cameras are welcome. Guests are asked to avoid standing in the aisles while using video equipment, obstructing the views of others, or using tripods or monopods. Video and photography of Delaware Stadium and performers cannot be used commercially without written permission. We reserve the right to request that guests discontinue filming or taking pictures on facility property.

Cellular Phones

Guests are welcome to use cellular phones provided their use does not disturb other guests.

Chewing Tobacco

Chewing tobacco is not permitted in the Stadium.

Chair Seats

Personal seat backs and seat cushions may be brought into the stadium but be must be 18 inches or less. They may also be purchased gameday immediately inside the East and West main entrances.  They are $5 per seat and are cash only on gameday.

Children

We offer complimentary admission to children less than two years of age, provided they are accompanied by an adult. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are encouraged to pick up an ID bracelet for their children at any Guest Relations kiosk as part of the Lost Parents Program.

Concessions

A variety of concessions are available for purchase throughout the Stadium as well as in the Fan Zone for the two hours prior to kick-off.

Containers/Outside Beverages

No outside beverages are permitted. Guests with disabilities may bring factory sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons into the facilities and families with infants may bring in appropriate formula/food.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

Staff will direct patrons to the closest stadium exits in the event of an evacuation. Public address and video board announcements will be made with further information if needed.

Entry

Only guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into the venue. Once you exit during an event, you will not be allowed to re-enter. For special circumstances please visit our guest services kiosk on the West concourse.

Family Restrooms

There are no family restrooms at Delaware Stadium.

Fan Zone

The Pump It Up Fan Zone will open two hours prior to kick-off and is free to the public. Activities include musical entertainment, kids' activities, special events, etc.

First Aid

Trained medical personnel are on duty for all events to assist guests. Location is to be determined at this time.

Food and Beverage

There is no outside food or beverage allowed in the Stadium.

Game Programs

Game programs may be purchased on gameday at various locations.

Gate Times

Stadium gates open for admittance 2 hours prior to kick-off for football games.

Group Seating

Group discounts and special seating arrangements are available for groups of 20 or more and must be purchased in advance via the Athletic Ticket Office at 302-831-2257.

Guest Behavioral Guidelines

We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stadium experience for all guests. To assist with this endeavor, guests are asked to abide by the following Behavioral

Guidelines:

  • Guests should not take any action that inhibits the progress of any game or event.
  • Guests should avoid clothing that could potentially distract other guests or diminish the ability of other guests to enjoy any game or event.
  • Guests should avoid the use of foul or abusive language and refrain from making any obscene gestures.
  • Guests should refrain from any display of affection inappropriate in a public setting.
  • In addition to the above guidelines, all guests are required to sit only in their ticketed locations and to present their ticket when requested. Additionally, only authorized individuals may enter the playing field and other restricted areas and guests must refrain from entering such areas without proper authorization.

Guest Relations Kiosks

Guests needing assistance are encouraged to speak with one of our Guest Relations Team Members or visit one of our Guest Relations Kiosks located outside the East and West Stadium entrances as well as inside the stadium on the West Concourse. These areas offer a variety of services including, Stadium Information, Lost & Found Items, Lost Children/Adults.

Handicap Accessible Seating

Handicap accessible seating is available in the west and south stands and should be requested or exchanged in advance when possible. Fans already in the Stadium, should visit the main Guest Relations kiosk for further assistance.

Handicap Parking Shuttle Service

Complimentary handicap parking shuttles are available to assist handicap accessible patrons to and from their vehicles to the stadium. To ride the shuttle, please locate your nearest parking attendant to radio for a pick-up, or you can call either 302-831-6979 OR 302-831-3483 when needed. At the end of the game these shuttles do continuous loops from the stadium to handicapped patrons' destinations.

Hospitality Village

Hospitality tents are primarily located on the North side of the Stadium, adjacent to the Practice Fields Complex. A list of groups with space will be available on a game by game basis for reference at the Guest Relations Kiosks.

Language

Guests may enjoy the stadium experience free from foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.

Laser Pointers

Laser pointers are not permitted.

Lost, Stolen, Left at Home or Destroyed Tickets

The University of Delaware is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten tickets and they will not be replaced free of charge. A police report is required to verify stolen tickets. Fans should visit the Ticket Office Customer Service window at the Main Ticket Office on gameday with any questions.

Lost and Found

Misplaced articles may be turned in at the Guest Relations Kiosk on the West Concourse. We will record pertinent information and lost articles will be catalogued and held for 30 days. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to campus surplus. Guests seeking assistance in retrieving lost items during non-game hours may call (302) 831-2257.

Lost Children / People

A guest who has become separated from his or her party should proceed to the closest Guest Relations Kiosk.

Merchandise

Officially licensed UD merchandise may be purchased on game days at Campus Shop locations on the East and West concourses as well as in the parking lot via the Bookstore cart and the Official Under Armour Tent.

Noise Making Devices

Musical instruments or any type of noise-making device are prohibited inside Delaware Stadium, even if purchased on-site at the University.

Paging

The public address system may not be used for paging guests. In the event of a medical emergency or special circumstance, consideration will be given to using a general page.

Pay Phones

There are no pay phones available at Delaware Stadium.

Postponed Events

In the event of a postponed or cancelled event, guests are advised to check the website at www.bluehens.com, the local newspaper or Blue Hens media affiliates for further information.

Prohibited Items

For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted in Delaware Stadium:

  • Alcohol
  • Aluminum Cans
  • Artificial Noisemakers/Musical Instruments
  • Large Backpacks/Bags
  • Coolers/ Ice Chests/ Thermoses
  • Fireworks
  • Glass Bottles
  • Outside Food or Drink
  • Projectiles of any sort
  • Large Stadium Seats
  • Umbrellas (Ponchos are recommended)
  • Weapons

UD reserves the right to inspect and remove any packages and containers.

Radio Coverage

Delaware Football games are carried live on 94.7FM WDSD.

Replacement Tickets

Replacement tickets can be obtained at the Delaware Field House prior to gameday with a  photo I.D. If tickets were lost or stolen a valid police report must be shown before tickets can be issued. If tickets are left at home or misplaced on gameday the patron may be asked to submit a deposit for the value of the ticket(s), if the original tickets are not returned to the ticket office within 5 business days the patron will be charged for the full value of the tickets.

Restrooms

Men's and women's restrooms are located throughout Delaware Stadium. Additional temporary bathroom locations are also available for added fan convenience throughout parking lots and the Stadium.

Smoking Areas

Delaware Stadium is a non-smoking facility with designated smoking areas located beyond the main concourses in the northwest and southeast corners.

Solicitation & Distribution of Literature

Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted material, without written permission from management.

Strollers

We welcome guests with strollers. However, their use should not in any way inhibit general guest movement or block aisles. Strollers may be checked in at the Guest Relations Kiosk on the West Concourse.

Tailgating

Patrons may tailgate beginning 4 hours prior to kickoff and may resume post game for up to two hours after the conclusion of the game. Tailgates must be limited to the immediate space behind the patron's vehicle and driveways must be kept clear at all times. For information on Blue Hens Hospitality packages, visit BlueHens.com.

UD Students

UD students must pick up their tickets in advance on the week of each game and must enter at the designated student entrance where they must present their ticket and their student id. The first 2500 students will receive wrist bands for priority seating in the south endzone.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are not permitted inside Delaware Stadium. Ponchos are recommended during an event held during inclement weather.

Webstreaming

All home football games are available live via the web at BlueHens.com.

Will Call

The will call for public ticket pick-up, player guest and spirit team pass lists as well as High School coaches and visiting team will call is located at the the Delaware Stadium Box Office. Recruits will be able to pick up their tickets in the Bob Carpenter Center Lobby. All patrons that are provided complimentary tickets via a pass list or picking up tickets at will call must also provide a valid photo I.D. Patrons entering via a pass list must enter the venue immediately after singing in. All Will Call windows will close at halftime of all the games. All tickets should be picked up prior to that time.

To alleviate long lines on the day of the event, we ask that individuals who pre-purchased tickets pick-up any will call tickets prior to the day of the event. Or on the day of the event, we ask that all guests arrive two hours early to pick-up your tickets.
