The University of Delaware is excited to be participating in this year’s Division I Football Championship game to be played at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas on Friday, January 7, 2011. We are pleased to have been able to accommodate all UD football season ticket holders, UDAF donors and UD Alumni priority requests received as directed by December 22 at 5 pm. [NOTE: Please remember though all ticket quantities were met, price categories may have been adjusted based on UDAF priority and available inventory].

How Were Priority Seats Assigned?
Blue Hen Club members received first priority on the purchase of National Championship tickets. Orders were filled in point priority order, using the priority ticket request limits listed below. Seats were assigned within the allotment of tickets allocated to Delaware based on priority points. Priority ticket requests were the number of tickets that were requested based on one’s Blue Hen Club giving level and point total.
Non-priority ticket requests were also accepted initially and were reviewed and processed after all of the priority orders were filled using remaining inventory.
In What Order Were Tickets Assigned?
Tickets were assigned in the following order if available:
1st - Blue Hen Club members’ priority requests in point order.
2nd - Football season ticket holders, who are not Blue Hen Club members, by years of purchase.
3rd - Blue Hen Club members’ non-priority requests in point order. (These are tickets requested by Blue Hen Club donors above their priority ticket limit. Additional seats will not be located with priority allotment.)
4th - UD Alumni, who are not Blue Hen Club members, by date of order.
5th - General public, by date of order.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Received?
You will be notified electronically December 23 if you have an e-mail on record with the UD Athletic Ticket Office. All priority requests received by the priority deadline were accommodated. Please note price points may have been adjusted based on availability.
What If I Ordered Tickets, Then Decide Not To Go?
Because of the ticket requirements associated with postseason games, we are not in a position to offer refunds or cancellations. All sales are final.
Other Notes:
As a reminder all tickets will be held for Will Call pick-up with dates and times listed below. In addition, a limited pick-up schedule will be available in Frisco, TX with dates and times to be determined.

Delaware Field House Box Office Will Call Pick Up Hours*:
*Please note Delaware Field House Will Call pick up is ONLY for patrons who purchased via the priority process with the UD Athletic Ticket Office or the Blue Hen Club. Tickets ordered via the online link beginning on Thursday, Dec. 23 and designated for will call will be available for pick up through the General Will Call at Pizza Hut Park.
