Want to take the field with your favorite Blue Hens Baseball players? Kids 4-10 yrs of age are invited to be on the field with the starting Delaware Baseball athletes during pregame for the national anthem and enjoy pregame clinic instruction from the team for SATURDAY games during the season. If interested, please contact UD Athletics Marketing at 302-831-8961 or BlueHensMarketing@admin.udel.edu to reserve your game today. Fans/teams must register at least 48 hours in advance. Limit one game a season per person/team.

Friday, May 18

Baseball vs. Northeastern @ 3 p.m. (Bob Hannah Stadium)

• Guess-The-Pitch: During game fans are encouraged to join the fun and participate in the Guess-the-Pitch competition and guess what speed the first pitch of the fifth inning will be.

Saturday, May 19

Baseball vs. Northeastern @ 1 p.m. (Bob Hannah Stadium)

• UD Baseball Senior Day: Blue Hens Baseball will recognize the 2012 senior class during pregame of the final home series. Come early to show your appreciation for their commitment to the Blue Hens.
• Blue Hens Bingo: BINGO! During all Saturday AND Sunday games this season, bingo cards will be distributed to fans to compete during the ballgame for one (1) lucky winner to receive a gift card compliments of National 5 & 10 on Main Street in Newark, DE to the first B-I-N-G-O winner.
• 7th Inning Stretch Promotion: 2 lucky fans will be selected to participate in the on-field promotion during the 7th inning stretch. Be sure to root them on as they compete for a prize compliments of Chick-Fil-A.

Sunday, May 20

• Kids Run the Bases:  Kids 4-10 years of age are invited to take the field with the Blue Hens and run the bases postgame of all Sunday games this season. Only kids will be allowed to run the bases. Parents/guardians will be asked to lineup with their children as they take the field, and make their way toward the base for Blue Hens Baseball players to then lead them around the bases. Location details will be announced in-game.
