Lucas joined the Team in November as General Manager for the Blue Hens IMG Sports Network. Previously, Lucas served as General Manager for Elon Phoenix Sports Properties since 2007. He is well experienced in collegiate athletics having worked for Drake University and for CSTV University Relations. An accomplished athlete, Lucas twice completed both the Chicago Marathon and Ironman Triathlon. Lucas graduated from Drake University with a B.S. in Marketing/Management in 2003 and a Masters in Public Administration in 2005.

Karen joined the Blue Hens IMG Network team in March, 2011 from her most recent position as Corporate Sales Manager for Ripken Professional Baseball. She was responsible for prospecting new business and potential clients, developing corporate packages, and managing sponsorship fulfillment. That was a role to which she was promoted after serving as an Events Manager for the company. As Events Manager, she coordinated and executed many aspects of events, maintained a sales goal, and handled sponsor fulfillment. She is a graduate of Lock Haven (Pa.) University with a degree in sport administration.
