"We recognize that having a robust compliance program is critically important to the success of any intercollegiate athletics program and providing a professional and helpful compliance staff, focused on service to our student-athletes and coaches continues to be a priority," said University of Delaware Director of Athletics and Recreation Services Bernard Muir in announcing the hiring. "We are excited to have Brian join our team. I was able to see first-hand Brian's service-oriented professionalism in his work with coaches, student-athletes and staff at Georgetown and I know that his approach to compliance will be extremely helpful to our coaches and staff as well as the broader University community."
