2013 University of Delaware Spring Schedule Posters Now Available For Sale

NEWARK, Del. -- UD Athletics Marketing is now offering 2013 promotional schedule posters, featuring the spring sports. For just $5 per tube, fans are able to purchase up to five posters of their favorite teams. The 2013 spring schedule posters include men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, baseball, softball, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s golf, rowing, and women’s track and field.
Men’s lacrosse will look to reclaim the CAA title during the 2013 season. The team will host their home opener against Bucknell at Delaware Stadium on Saturday, February 9. First draw is set for 1 p.m. Get there early as the first 350 fans in attendance will receive the men’s lacrosse schedule poster.
On Saturday, February 16, the women’s lacrosse will begin their 2013 season when they face Georgetown at noon. The first 200 fans in attendance will receive the women’s lacrosse schedule poster.
Blue Hens Baseball team will look to carry their momentum from last spring into 2013. The team will face Monmouth in their home 3-game weekend series beginning on Friday, March 1 at 3 p.m. The baseball team’s official schedule poster will be available to the first 100 fans at the second game of the series on Saturday, March 2 at 1 p.m.
Be sure to join Blue Hens softball on Friday, March 15 when they kick-off the Delaware Spring Invitational Tournament at the Delaware Softball Stadium. Delaware will face Norfolk State University at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 15; University of Hartford at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16; and St. Francis University on Sunday, March 17 at 1:30 p.m. Be sure to be one of the first 75 fans at each of these tournament games and receive the team’s schedule poster.
Blue Hens Tennis schedule posters will be distributed during the team’s first outdoor matches home matches of the spring season. The men’s team will take on James Madison on Saturday, March 16 and women will face Villanova on Sunday, March.
Women’s outdoor track and field will host the Delaware Open on Saturday, April 13 at 11 a.m. at Delaware Mini-Stadium. The first 75 fans in attendance will receive their schedule poster. Blue Hens Rowing will compete in the Knecht Cup in Cherry Hill, NJ on Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14. The rowing team’s official schedule poster will be available to the first 20 fans during Saturday’s action.
