At Delaware: Second-year team captain • fully recovered from Tommy John surgery last spring and will compete for a spot in conference rotation.

2006: Made one start for Blue Hens before season-ending elbow surgery • pitched 3.2 innings, allowing two runs.

2005: Made 13 appearances • posted a 1-3 record with three saves and was second on the team with a 3.08 ERA • posted a K/BB ratio of better than 3:1 • earned win in 3-2 victory over Massachusets on March 5 • in the summer of 2005, joined teammates Bryan Hagerich and Billy Harris on the Manchester Silkworms of the New England Collegiate Baseball League • posted a 6-1 record to lead all NECBL pitchers and set a new team record • also finished third in the league with 58 2/3 innings pitched and fifth in the league with a 1.99 ERA • selected to start the NECBL All-Star game for the Southern Division.

2004: Went 4-2 with a 6.70 ERA in 23 appearances, including one start.

2003: Received medical redshirt and retained freshman eligibility • pitched in five games, making one start • did not register a decision but posted one save • recorded a 4.50 ERA in 14 innings of work and struck out eight batters.

High School: Lettered three years in baseball at Central Dauphin High School for coach B.J. Osevala • also played football • led baseball team to 17-6 record and a district tournament appearance as a senior • team lost state title game during junior season when he went 8-2 with 0.00 ERA during the regular season while striking out a school-record 114 batters • two-time Harrisburg Patriot News Big 11 honoree • owned a 6-0 record with a 1.73 ERA as a sophomore.
