NEWARK, DE -- The University of Delaware will begin selling specially-priced Colonial Athletic Association weekend passes for the baseball team beginning this Friday for the Northeastern series.
The three-day pass will cost $10 for adults and can be purchased at the gate on gameday. The regular price of an individual ticket for baseball is $4.
The discount will only apply for conference series that run three consecutive days. No refunds will be granted for rain-outs.
The special passes can be purchased for the this weekend's three-game series against Northeastern, which will kick-off the home portion of Delaware's 2008 conference schedule. The discount will also be available for the series against Hofstra from April 4-6, UNC Wilmington from April 18-20, George Mason from April 25-27, and Towson from May 9-11.
The Blue Hen baseball team, which finished as the CAA runner-up in 2007, is led by eight-year head coach Jim Sherman (at right) along with All-American Alex Buchholz and senior standouts Adam Tsakonas, Mike McGuire, and David Slovak.
