At Shelton State 2006: Pitched for Shelton State CC in Tuscaloosa, Alabama for head coach Bobby Sprowl • finished second in the nation in junior college with 14 saves • the 14 saves are a Shelton State school record.
At Marshall 2005: Posted a record of 2-4 with 3 saves for the Thundering Herd • Compiled 38 strikeouts and a 4.50 ERA in 56.0 innings.
High School: Three-year letterwinner at Eastern High School in Louisville • posted a 0.33 ERA as a junior in 2003 • finished high school career with a 0.85 ERA, a Kentucky record that still stands.
