At Young Harris Junior College: Helped team to 2000 Georgia Junior College Championships and a Regional title...team went 44-12 &endash; best in school-history &endash; in 2001...was 3-1 with four saves and a 4.33 ERA in 2001.

High School: Played third base and pitched at Riverdale Baptist High School in Largo, MD...led school to back to back state Private School Championships...earned all-state honors as a third baseman as a senior when squad went 33-3..two-time team captain...honor roll student.
