At Delaware: One of team's most experienced players...solid outfielder who gets on base...one of Hens' most dangerous base runners...one of only three players in UD history with 20 or more steals in two different seasons...expected to move over to right field this season in place of All-America East performer Chris Kolodzey...begins season with four-game hitting streak...was an All-Star with Manchester while playing in New England College Baseball League this past summer...2001: Hit safely in all three NCAA Regional games (6-for-15) at Ohio State...appeared in 58 of 60 games with 55 starts...hit .340 for the season, ranking No. 8 in America East...had an 11-game hitting streak at one point...recorded 19 multiple-hit games, including six three-hit games...2000: Made an immediate impact as a freshman...named America East Rookie of the Week on May 7...saw action in 50 games, starting 43 in the outfield...hit .361, mostly out of the two spot in the lineup...recorded 61 hits, 12 doubles, and 34 RBIs...collected eight three-hit games...hit two home runs in a 15-11 loss to Maine on April 2.
