At Delaware: Blue Hens' No. 2 starting pitcher...solid performer who has outstanding control...clutch performer..owns a 16-5 record with 12 complete games and a 4.25 ERA in 29 career appearances, including 23 starts...has issued just 33 walks in 161 all-time innings (1.84 per 9 innings)...2001: Compiled a 9-2 mark with six complete games (14 starts) and a team-high three shutouts...walked just 17 and struckout 66 in 89-2/3 innings of work...ERA ballooned to 5.12 after allowing nine runs in a no-decision against Kent State in NCAA Regionals (3.67 prior to Kent State outing)...scattered 11 hits in shutting out Towson, 7-0, in America East title game (season-high 9 K, 0 BB)...2000: Collegiate Baseball/Louisville Slugger Freshman Honorable Mention All-American...named conference Pitcher of the Week on April 10...led team with a 3.15 ERA...went 7-3 in 13 appearances...started nine games and completed six...second on the team with 47 strikeouts...allowed no earned runs in a complete game win over Drexel on April 8.
