High School: Standout member of the Bishop Eustace baseball team • earned four letters for his work on the diamond • split time between the mound and first base • hit .431 with 15 home runs and 43 RBI as a senior • his 15 home runs are the fourth most in a single-season in South Jersey history • earned first-team All-South Jersey honors and second-team All-Non Public League accolades for his performance • recognized as an outstanding defensive first baseman as well • also earned three letters as a quarterback on the football team.
