2009: Appeared in 13 games with 25 strikeouts during 23.2 innings out of the bullpen • went 2-0 and ranked second among relievers with a 4.56 ERA • tossed a career-high 6.2 scoreless innings out of the bullpen in an 8-7 victory over Towson on March 21 • earned first win of the season with 1.2 innings of relief against Delaware State on April 2 • picked up his second victory against Maryland after striking out two over 1.1 innings against the Terrapins on May 12 • struck out a career-high six batters against Old Dominion on March 28 • started against Villanova in the Liberty Bell Classic finals at Citizens Bank Park • fired 10.2 consecutive scoreless innings from March 17-28 • appeared in both ends of the doubleheader against Longwood on February 21 • struck out four and allowed just two hits during three innings against the Lancers.

2008: Placed second on the team and ninth in the conference with 25 appearances • also ranked 10th in the CAA with 12 games finished • selected as the CAA Rookie of the Week on May 12 • made three appearances during the week, firing 7.2 innings of work while striking out nine and allowing just one earned run • earned victories over UMBC and Towson during that stretch • picked up his first career save against Hofstra after holding the Pride scoreless over the last three innings on April 5 • struck out a season-high six in three innings against Princeton in only his second career appearance on March 1 • earned a victory out of the bullpen against UNCW on April 18 • made his first career start in the same series against the Seahawks on April 20.
