Blue Hens for 22 starts (1597
minutes)...recorded 108 saves and allowed
30 goals...posted a conference leading
nine shutouts and also led the CAA in
shutouts per game (.53), save percentage
(.805), and goals against average with
1.17...entered her first NCAA Tournament
appearance ranked 10th in national
statistics in goals against and 17th in
save percentage...Named CAA Player of the
Week in the first week of the season for
outstanding play against Michigan State
and Louisville...named first team
All-Conference and also received STX/NFHCA
First Team All-Mid Atlantic Region
honors...held perennial conference power
Old Dominion to one goal in the first
round of the CAA Championship Tournament
and also held Hofstra to one goal in the
championship game as the Blue Hens won the
schools first CAA Championship...ended the
2004 season 16-6...
2003:
Started all 21 games as a freshman...was
14-7 with a 1.84 GAA...played all but
61:26 of the season and led all CAA
netminders in minutes played...recorded
four shutouts (five shared) and had a .689
save percentage...held the opponents to
one goal or less 11 times in her rookie
season... ranked third in the CAA in
shutouts and goals allowed average and was
seventh in save percentage...
High
School: As a senior, earned first-team
All-Beach District, first team all-region
and all-state...named 2002 Norfolk Sports
Club Field Hockey Player of the Year...led
Kempsville to district semifinals as a
sophomore and state finals as a junior and
district finals as a senior...also played
varsity soccer and basketball...
