At Delaware:

2004: An ECAC All-Star and tri-captain for 2004...first team STX/NFHCA All-Mid-Atlantic Region...first team All-CAA...represented Delaware in the North/South Senior All Star game held in Winston Salem, NC...led the team in goals with 11...added four assists for 26 points...ninth all-time at Delaware in goals scored in a career...seventhall-time at Delaware in career points...started all 22 games for Delaware as a back in 2004...had multiple goal games against Saint Joseph's on September 17 and William & Mary on October 1...recorded a point in each of Delaware's three post-seson games and recorded the game-winning goals against Louisville on August 29, La Salle on October 15, and Lafayette on October 19...she is the all-time leader at Delaware in game-winning goals with 16...took 40 shots in 2004 landing 37 of those on the net...

2003: Earned All-CAA and STX/NFHCA first team All-Region honors...led Delaware in scoring with 34 points as a junior; the ninth-highest single-season total in UD history... had 11 goals and a team-high 12 assists (third-highest single-season total in UD history)...had a string of nine straight games with a point...had two goals and two assists in win over Rutgers (Aug. 31)...had three assists in 6-3 win over La Salle (Sept. 29)...had both goals in consecutive 2-0 wins over Drexel (Oct. 26) and Towson (Oct. 31)...

2002: STX/NFHCA All-Region first team and third team All-American...first team All-CAA selection...led Blue Hens with 11 goals and 31 points...tied for team lead with nine assists (ninth highest single-season total in UD history)...scored a school-record eight game-winning goals, including the overtime winner vs. Richmond (Sept. 8)...scored the game's only goal in wins over Villanova (Sept. 6), James Madison (Oct. 18) and VCU (Nov. 5)...registered a point in 16 of Delaware's 20 games, including six of the last seven...

2001: Earned America East All-Rookie honors...started all 21 games...scored her first collegiate goal in 4-1 win at Maine (Sept. 21)...

2000: Suffered a torn ACL and medial meniscus in practice Aug. 21...sat out season as medical redshirt...

High School: Played softball and field hockey at William Penn HS...two-time first team All-State selection...1999 Wilmington News Journal Delaware Player of the Year...broke school records for most goals and points in both a season and career...member of state championship runners-up squads of 1997 and 1999...

Personal: Erica Lynn LaBar...born July 15, 1982...daughter of Randy and Kathy LaBar...elementary education major with a minor in history...father played football at UD from 1973-77.
