NEWARK, DE (October 8, 2004) -- The No. 14 University of Delaware field hockey team fell short to Colonial Athletic Association foe William & Mary 3-2 Friday night at Rullo Stadium.

William & Mary (9-4, 3-0 CAA) answered back at 27:42 as Gina Cimarelli scored the first Tribe goal assisted by Kelly Giles tying the score, 1-1 at the half. William & Mary continued after the half by scoring its second straight goal, this time unassisted by Shannon Carl at 40:11.
