James Madison 4, Delaware 0

NEWARK, DE -- Theresa Dinallo and Liz Sanders each scored twice as No. 9 James Madison shutout Delaware, 4-0, in field hockey action Sunday afternoon at Rullo Stadium.

The loss was Delaware's sixth striaght, five of which have come against ranked teams. The Blue Hens are now 3-7 on the season.

Dinallo got the Dukes (9-2) on the board just 1:41 into the game with her fourth goal of the season and 10th of her career on a nifty shot from the right wing.

She scored again with 10:12 remaining in the first half off of a feed from Katrina Hunter, one of three assists on the day for Hunter.

Sanders scored both of her goals in the second half on identical corner plays, deflecting Hunter's intended shot past Delaware keeper Kelly Ottati.

James Madison outshot Delaware, 14-3. Ottati finished the day with seven saves in net for Delaware. Amanda Katz had one save in recording her fourth shutout of the season.

The Blue Hens begin a three-game road trip Tuesday when they visit Franklin Field to face Penn at 7 p.m.
