2002: STX/NFHCA All-Region first-team and third-team All-American...first-team All-CAA selection...led Blue Hens in goals with 11 and points with 31...tied for team-lead in assists with nine...scored a school-record eight game-winning goals, including the overtime winner vs. Richmond (Sept. 8)...scored the game's only goal in wins over Villanova (Sept. 6), James Madison (Oct. 18) and VCU (Nov. 5)...led team with 64 shots...registered a point in 16 of Delaware's 20 games, including six of the last seven games to close out the season.

2001: Returned from a knee injury to have an outstanding rookie season...earned America East All-Rookie honors... started all 21 games...scored her first collegiate goal in a 4-1 win at Maine (Sept. 21)..

2000: Suffered a torn ACL and medial miniscus in practice Aug. 21...sat out season as medical redshirt.

High School: Played softball and field hockey at William Penn...two-time first-team All-State selection...1999 Wilmington News Journal Delaware Player of the Year...broke school records for most goals and points in both a season and career...earned most dedicated player award on field hockey team...member of state championship runners-up squads of 1997 and 1999...captain of team during junior and senior seasons.

Personal: Erica Lynn LaBar...born July 15, 1982...daughter of Randy and Kathy LaBar...elementary education major at Delaware...worked in a daycare center during the summer...father played football at Delaware from 1973-77.
