At Delaware: Expected to start on the Blue Hen forward line. 2006: Appeared in and started 13 games (missed six games with an injury) • ranked second on the team with seven goals and 16 points • posted two goals and an assist in the 4-2 win over VCU (9/29) • also scored twice in the 5-2 victory over La Salle (10/29) • scored the game-winnng goal in the 5-4 victory over No. 16 Michigan State (9/26) • scored the game-winning goal in overtime and added an assist in the Blue Hens’ 3-2 win over Hofstra (9/24) • also scored a goal at Rutgers (9/10) • named to NFHCA National Academic Team. 2005: Named to second team NFHCA All-Mid Atlantic Region and to first team All-Colonial Athletic Association • earned UD Alumni Association Team Most Valuable Player Award • started all 19 games for the Blue Hens • led the team with nine goals and 20 points • scored both UD goals against Towson (10/21) and in the 2-1 win over Drexel (10/28) • scored the game-winning goal in overtime in the 2-1 victory at California (8/28) • other goals came against Pacific, Rutgers, VCU and William & Mary • posted assists against Rutgers and Lafayette • led the team with 46 shots • named CAA Player of the Week on September 12 and Wilmington Trust Best of the Blue Hens on October 29. 2004: CAA All-Rookie Team selection • appeared in 21 games and started 20 during her freshman campaign • assisted on a goal in the win over Temple (9/22) • registered 18 shots on the year.

High School: Two-time all-state selection at Pomperaug High School • senior All-State Most Valuable Player in 2003 • named to Danbury All-Area Team as a junior and a senior • Waterbury Republican All-Academic Team selection in 2002 and 2003 • named to all-conference team in each of last three years at Pomperaug • SWC final Most Valuable Player as a sophomore • also played lacrosse in high school • member of National Honor Society, student council, and high honor roll at Pomperaug.

Personal: Molly Christine Burke • daughter of Kenneth and Anne Burke • youngest of five children • honor student as a human services (clinical services) major at Delaware with a minor in fine arts.
